Return & Exchange Policy

Returns and exchanges are a guaranteed right for all our customers and apply to all products available in our store.

All products displayed on our store are eligible for return or exchange according to the terms and conditions stated on this page.

Returns are accepted within 24 hours only from the date of receiving the order, and exchanges are accepted within 14 days from the date of receipt, provided that the product remains in its original condition and packaging.

Requests for return or exchange will be reviewed and approved within 3 business days from the submission date.

Once the request is approved, our courier will contact the customer and arrive within 3–5 business days.

Please send a message via WhatsApp to the number listed on the shipping invoice to request a return or exchange, or contact us through the Contact Us page.

Customers are required to send photos of the product along with the city, address, and order number, so it can be exchanged if the product is defective, damaged, or not as described.

A full refund will be issued if the delivered product is completely different from the description on the product page on our website.
